to The Learning Center web site. For more than twenty-five years my staff and I have
provided families with individual instruction and personal service of the highest caliber.
Whether we help a first grader with beginning reading skills, prepare a high school
junior to take her first college entrance exams, or support a senior through the mysteries
of advanced math, the staff at The Center provides the academic support and encouragement
students need to succeed. The
design of your child's individual program begins with your first phone call to The
Learning Center when I listen carefully to your questions and concerns. Planning his
program continues at our first meeting during your child's initial evaluation when we
discuss his learning history and your goals for him and assess his academic skills and
ability. At the enrollment conference, I discuss your child's test results and our
program recommendations with you and again carefully listen to your vision for his
progress at The Center. Our staff then creates a personal learning program for your
child tailored to his individual needs, and our teachers work with him 1-1 to bring his lesson plans to life. Each
step in this creative process is handled with care and commitment to educational
excellence. Whether measured in terms of his skills development or growth in
confidence and self-esteem, your child's academic success is our mission.
